Solution design

Solution design contains many elements. First and foremost, "goal in mind" - why do we do it? What problem do we want to solve? After this, the following elements could be: technology available, allocated resources for the solution, own organization's knowledge at this time, but also, how long should this solution be operative before something else will replace it. 

There are many important questions that need to be answered in order to design the right solution. Often, solutions are presented which have been put together by various companies operating on the market and across several independent projects in time. These specialized solutions were thus not necessarily conceived together to begin with and might therefore not be what you are looking for. 

The trick is to look through this layer of noise and be faithful to the purpose – the “why”. Knowledge and experience allow Saconco to navigate through this field and ensure that the design of the final solution actually solves the task and does this in a cost-effective way while at the same time respecting the customer's strategy and wishes for the future.
